Quality Jobs Programs

This Program provides a refundable tax credit as an incentive to encourage targeted businesses to locate in Louisiana, create quality jobs and promote economic development. This program is administered by the Department of Economic Development.

To complete the Advance Notification form and Quality Jobs application, login to FastLane, Louisiana Economic Developments's new online management system and follow the steps below:

Register for the company you represent.
Create and submit advance notifications or begin the process, save partial data and finish entry at a later time.
Pay and submit your advance notification online.
Track the status and activity of your advance notification and applications submitted online.
Review history of past and current advanced notifications.
